Hello again everyone. After a month off, I was eager to unleash volume 9 to the world. As the title suggests, it's focused on "lo-fi" offerings that the world of net audio has to offer. Lo-fi as a description for music is kind of vague and can include many genres. Personally, I define lo-fi as any music without slick production – music that can contain distorted samples or distortion itself applied to any number of song elements. In fact, distortion becomes an advantage in the wonderful world of lo-fi. Lo-fi can also mean nothing more than merely a home recording on cheap equipment. Here I present 10 lo-fi gems for you to chew on for the next month. Enjoy them and don't miss the accompanying 55 page PDF booklet. Be sure to leave a review at our Archive.org release page when you get a chance!
Thanks again to everyone enjoying the releases and participating!

Hey Mike, not sure if you remember me but we both used to hang out at DA a few years back. I was pleasantly surprised to see you're behind this project. I've listened to a few released and they are all top-notch in quality! Keep up the great work, the music industry needs from fresh wind like this. :) - Jerry (you may remember me as parasight)
Thanks Jerry
Yeah, I remember you. Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad you've been checking out the releases. BTW... I dig your blog! Great work there as well. Peace Mike
Uh oh
Wow, I lost track of time I thought you were right on schedule. Maybe I need to pay more attention to my calendar. I'm really loving this selection it's fantastic!
Awesome album
Nice work on this one, I REALLY love Horse On a Rock by Chapi Chapo & Les Petites Musiques De Pluie. It reminds me of Sonic Youth (one of my favourite bands of all time) but with a more electro feel to it - it's great! Tom (Earl Grey and The Legomen)
As always, outstanding selection of tracks from the world of netlabel music and magnificent artwork! Keep those netblocs coming!
