Over the past few years, one part of Barnsley, UK band The Black Lamps, Liam Stewart has been releasing solo material via blocSonic. Following the release of his second solo album, “Losing The Tortoise Race”, he teamed up with Lamps bandmate, Lyndon Scarfe to deliver an album of reworks of a few of his songs. Stewart & Scarfe’s “Outer Circular” is the result of this collaboration. Liam’s pop sensibilities are fused with Lyndon’s transcendental electronic vibe, making for a uniquely enjoyable listening experience.
