In the current internet-driven international music climate, it’s really no surprise to hear music from all over the globe. It’s a bit more of a rarity to find a rap group which began life collaborating with friends, releasing DIY cassettes at Sam The Record Man in Vancouver, Canada that then ends up living in Japan, collaborating with Japanese friends there and releasing music via a Maine-based netlabel. Cheese N Pot-C though, is just such a rap group. Their story is quite an interesting one.
