From outta nowhere… Tha Silent Partner drops bitCrusha ’09, a gem of an EP featuring jams that were meant to see the light of day a few years ago. Boom… enjoy the massive electro/techno/house sounds… crank it up!

Thanks to the great TSP for once again dropping gems on us! He’s got more dope material in his unreleased archives than some artists have in their whole catalog. Word.

One more thing…

I’m very happy to finally be able to announce that in the coming months, we at blocSonic will be expanding beyond releasing only FREE Creative Commons licensed music. In addition to the free releases, we’ll be releasing commercial Creative Commons licensed music… we’ll be releasing physical versions of both FREE and commercial releases… we’ll be experimenting with a new hybrid release format (more details to come at a later time)… we’ll also be looking for interesting and unique ways to give back to the Creative Commons community including, but not limited to, sample packs. Finally, to make all this happen it will take a team… so please join me in welcoming Chris Cory, The Scallions’ Shawn Franklin, The Impossebulls’ David ‘C-Doc’ Snyder & Music Manumit’s Doug Whitfield to the blocSonic team!
