Episode 91: The March 2026 Episode

Donnie Ozone is back behind the boards for the March 2026 installment, doing what he does best… spinning brand new joints along with carefully selected gems from the blocSonic archives. This month’s set pulls from a stacked roster — featuring tracks from Donnie Ozone himself, Tha Silent Partner, Timezone Lafontaine with Headsnack, CLOUDWARMER, Nerdicus and Me As In You. That's a lineup that covers a lot of ground, and Donnie ties it all together with the kind of curatorial instinct that’s kept this show essential over the years.

Speaking of essential… Timezone Lafontaine’s 20-Minute Workout this month is something else entirely. Fifteen tracks. All pulled from the blocSonic vault. That’s one seriously deep dive into a catalog that spans nearly two decades of independent, Creative Commons-licensed music. If you’ve been with blocSonic for years, this is a trip through the archives you didn’t know you needed. If you’re newer to the label, consider it a masterclass in what this community has been building since 2007.

For the uninitiated… Tha Bloc Report launched back in September 2018 under founding host Pot-C of Cheese N Pot-C. The show has been a monthly staple for the blocSonic community ever since. When Pot-C stepped away to focus on family, Donnie Ozone picked up the torch and hasn’t looked back. Ninety-one episodes in, the show keeps finding new ways to celebrate the culture and the catalog.

Thanks to Donnie and Timezone for continuing to make Tha Bloc Report the heartbeat of blocSonic. Ninety-one strong.

Of course, thanks once again to you for downloading & listening. We always strive to deliver content you'll love. Please spread the word about blocSonic, if you enjoy what we do.

Always encouraging the creativity in others, 2012 saw Donnie Ozone make his push into the music-scene & the internet.  By uploading original a-cappella vocal tracks under Creative Commons licenses, he brings a completely fresh perspective to how music can be made by not only posting these samples, but actively encouraging others to download, share, remix, or add these samples into their own work.

He now adds Podcast host to his resumé with Tha Bloc Report!
