February is here, and with it comes another fire episode of Tha Bloc Report! Donnie Ozone is back, bringing his signature energy and impeccable taste in independent music straight to your ears. As always, he’s got the latest and greatest from the blocSonic universe, and this month’s episode is packed with fresh sounds, heartfelt tributes, and high-energy mixes.
Fresh Cuts & Special Tributes
This time around, Donnie kicks things off with three tracks from EATM’s latest release, MEAT EATM, an album that’s been making waves since it dropped last month. And if that wasn’t enough, he also spins his brand-new joint “It’s Only Me”, featuring Duckett, giving listeners another reason to turn the volume up.
However, this episode also carries a heavy heart as Donnie pays tribute to two blocSonic artists who recently passed away—Hollis Smith (aka Mr. & Mrs. Smith), who left us in December, and Yukon Sleeman (aka Yuk MC), who passed in early January. Their contributions to the blocSonic community were immense, and Donnie ensures their music continues to be celebrated. Rest in beats.
The 20-Minute Workout is Back!
As always, no episode of Tha Bloc Report would be complete without Timezone Lafontaine delivering his 20-Minute Workout! A masterful megamix showcasing some of the latest gems from blocSonic, Timezone never fails to keep the energy sky-high.
